You know that saying “it takes a village”? Well, it takes our entire family circus to run Arcadia Academy, and honestly, you wouldn’t want it any other way. Around here, weddings aren’t some stiff, cookie-cutter ordeal. They’re personal. They’re joyful. They come with a side of chaos, a lot of love, and probably at least one relative covered in flour.

When you book your big day with us, you’re not just getting a gorgeous, historic venue (though trust us, she’s a stunner). You’re also getting the Battaglia, Christodora & Buechner crew: aka the behind-the-scenes dream team who make sure things sparkle, flow, and taste delicious. Dad’s the master of lawns and last-minute rescues. Mom’s got ideas for days (and will absolutely share them). Tony’s the chef with a flat top grill that deserves its own fan club. Sam’s whipping up catering magic while also being the “cool aunt.” Ariel is the quiet behind-the-scenes MVP keeping us all in line. Jeremiah’s probably fixing tech stuff while reminding us he’s the detail guy. And let’s just say… if granny needs a golf cart ride to the reception, Garrison’s your man.

We’re a little quirky, a little vintage, and a whole lot invested in making your wedding feel like you, but with chandeliers, champagne, and a family rooting for you every step of the way. By the end of it, you won’t just have epic wedding photos… you’ll kind of feel like one of us. (Don’t worry, we don’t make you do chores. Unless you want to.)
